Healthy and Refreshing Summer Snack



I’m addicted to this snack right now.  It’s easy to prepare and great for summer.  And to make it really simple, all the ingredients you need can be found at Trader Joes.


Strawberry Mint Smoothie

Frozen strawberries (main ingredient)
Plain whole milk yogurt (whole milk yogurt makes it creamier)
Fresh mint leaves (throw a few in, you can always add more)
Sugar (if needed)


Cucumber Sticks with Cilantro and Jalapeno Hummus

Chop up a cucumber.  Take the lid off the hummus.  Munch away!
